Catherine yogini to serve you!

From a tutu to contemporary dance, hopping from The Eddy Toussaint School of Dance to Concordia University, Department of Contemporary Dance, a healthcare professional leaves everything behind and spreads her wings! Her quest: the discovery of the SELF!

On the pediment of the temple of Delphi it is written: "Know thyself and you will know the universe!"

Turkey, Egypt, Tibet, Nepal, India,

Siddartha Gautama, the Dalai Lama, "Ocean of wisdom" incarnation of the Buddha of Compassion,

Ganesh, Shiva, Lakshmi, Saraswati, Brahma, Vishnu, the Ganges’s purifying waters,

the calls to prayer, the minarets that rise to the heavens like the obelisks at the time of the pharaohs.

After travelling alone by camel in the deserts of Thar and Libya, climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, and enduring many miles by bus on dusty and bumpy roads, from the heart of the Himalayan snow-capped peaks it is on the wings of a metal bird that Catherine returns home. It is on the land of her ancestors that she continues her pilgrimage.

The middle path where all extremes blend and fade is a lot to tame and understand. Who am I? What should I do?

Be YOURSELF! And thus, humbly but passionately, Catherine completes her Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and enters into a deep, silent, but truly active meditation.  She begins teaching and it is with great pride that she establishes herself and offers her services both in English and French.

She progresses on the path of well-being, the path of wellness, with a much more complete vision, a global vision.

As a teacher she continues her quest and seeks to hone her skills. On her journey she meets Ana Forrest and her practice of yoga. It is to the sound of Native American drums that Catherine’s energy centers (chakras) come to life anew!

This is a turning point, a second certificate, a mentorship, a distinction, a new way to walk the path. NAMASTE
