Workshops and Retreats
 

Catherine will gladly help you to design and deliver a custom yoga-based experience for your family, group or organization.  It could be a weekly based practice in a specific space, or a retreat closer to nature or in a more secluded location.  Catherine will help provide a valuable experience to each member of the group. Contact her and make a dream come true, plant the seed and let it materialize. The possibilities are infinite: a cottage near a quiet lake, close to a mountain, yoga and canoeing, yoga and trekking, yoga and nutrition(vegan or raw), yoga and travels (having been a tour leader and guide overseas, Catherine still has good contacts in and out of the country to support her when needed). Private Consultations

 

If you would like to explore the motivating experience of practicing yoga or improve your practice, or if your schedule doesn’t give you enough free time to run to an outside class, Catherine gives private and couple consultations.
